The weather in Salt Lake City during late October can be on the chilly side. Make sure you are planning for jacket weather and chilly weather. It can also have a heat wave, and not be chilly at all during the day, so having the jacket handy is your best option.

Of course! Your guest will need to be registered and will be an additional charge of $450. This would include all meals, swag, off-site dinner, professional headshots, so your guest can attend the entire event with you. The only thing that the amount does not cover is flights. This will be charged to your card on file by a member of the events team before the event.

If you are wanting to bring your kids, they can be your official guest. If they are not your official guest, please understand that they will not be able to attend anything on the agenda as we will not have accounted for them in the food counts, transportation counts, or seat counts for anything. However, if you have a 'babes in arms', they are able to attend with you.

We will definitely still book your flights for your entire dates. Please make sure you filled out your travel plans during the registration process so we can give the right dates to CTI. You are also able to use some of the Uber credit for your arrival, however, be aware that if you use the whole amount, more will not be given. This means that if you'll want an uber from your Convention hotel to the Growth Summit hotel, that amount is not being factored into the amount given.

The office tour is combined with Convention for this Growth Summit. Please make sure you schedule a time to come during Convention, as we will not have this aspect during the Growth Summit retreat dates.

The link is coming soon to schedule a time for tours!

Flights must be booked through CTI. Once registration is complete, your information will be sent to CTI for flights to be booked. They will reach out to you to book your flights!

Guest flights are not covered, but can still be booked through CTI. A payment card will need to be provided during booking.

Flights are covered for the qualifier up to $650 for US, CA, and MX & up to $1,250 for all other markets. Above the allocated amount is the responsibility of the attendee.

You will receive an Uber credit in your email about 1 week before the event. It comes with instructions of how to upload it into your Uber account. You will need to download the app. Please note that this means you are responsible for booking your own Uber rides. This is the option that is provided, and is not transferable.

Yes, of course! With Convention on the front end of this event, we are only allowing an extension on the back-end of Growth Summit. The rate is $209++ per night at the event hotel up to 3 days after the event, then it is subject to the market hotel rate. If you would like to stay at the hotel during convention, I would love to help with that, however, you would only get the event rate for 3 days before as well. Which may not cover your entire stay, depending on your travel days.

Make sure to include your dates and intention during registration!
