August in Park City typically brings mild mountain weather, with daytime highs around 69°F (21°C) and evening lows near 45°F (7°C). While days are generally comfortable, temperatures can cool off quickly after sunset. Since our Farewell Dinner at Red Pine Lodge will be held in the evening, we recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater to stay comfortable.

Each earner will receive a $100 Uber credit via email during the week of August 10. The credit will be sent to the email address used for registration and is intended to help cover transportation to and from the hotel. Our host hotel is The Grand Summit Hotel, located at 4000 Canyons Resort Drive, Park City, UT 84098. Please be sure to check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the email containing instructions on how to redeem your Uber credit.

Each earner was sent an email containing their Uber voucher to the email address used to register for the event. In the email, you will find a link to redeem your voucher. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure you have the Uber app downloaded to your phone.
  2. Click the voucher link in the email. This will open the Uber app.
  3. Click the black “Accept Voucher” button.
  4. When you are ready to book your Uber ride, enter your destination and select your preferred vehicle type.
  5. Before confirming your ride, click the payment method or arrow in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
  6. On the “Pay with” page, select the voucher titled “LifeVantage VIP Meet & Greet Event Transportation.” You may also have the option to toggle the voucher on so it is automatically applied to your ride.
  7. Before booking your ride, please make sure the voucher is selected as your payment method to ensure the voucher is applied to your trip.

Each earner will receive a $500 travel credit, to help offset the cost of traveling to the event. The credit will be deposited into your Hyperwallet account on Friday, August 7. Please note that this travel credit is provided for attendees of the event. If you registered but do not attend, the $500 travel credit will be charged back.

Our host hotel is The Grand Summit Hotel, located at 4000 Canyons Resort Drive, Park City, UT 84098. The hotel is situated in the heart of Canyons Village, offering convenient access to event activities, dining, and scenic mountain views.

Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you arrive before check-in, you are welcome to store your luggage with the hotel while you explore the property or enjoy the surrounding area. Late check-out requests are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.

The Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) is approximately 35–45 minutes from The Grand Summit Hotel, depending on traffic and weather conditions. We recommend allowing enough time for travel to the airport and arriving approximately 2 hours before a domestic flight and 3 hours before an international flight to allow time for check-in, security, and any additional travel requirements. Please plan accordingly when scheduling your departure transportation.

To attend the Farewell Dinner at Red Pine Lodge, guests will need to take the gondola, which is approximately a 10-minute ride up the mountain. For guests requiring ADA accommodations, please let the gondola operators know upon arrival. The operators can slow down or stop the gondola as needed to assist with easier and safer boarding. 

The Grand Summit Hotel is ADA accessible and equipped to accommodate guests with accessibility needs.

Park City offers a variety of activities, dining, shopping, and outdoor adventures to enjoy during your stay. Canyons Village, home to The Grand Summit Hotel, provides easy access to scenic mountain experiences, including hiking, mountain biking, scenic gondola rides, outdoor concerts, and a variety of restaurants and shops.
